6:25 Solo is up and looking around for a parent.

7:04 am Spirit in with a fish.

Spirit flies off the nest.

Fish is still there. Solo nibbled a little bit.

11:12 am Solo is standing on the railing.

12:31 pm Glad Solo has some shade.

1:10 pm Solo is watching the river.

Good morning Carole and Terri. Happy Fathers Day to any Dad's that might be reading this thread.

WOW!!!! It's going to be 110 degrees today.


5:13 am. Solo is still asleep and it looks quite windy.
Thankful to see the wind if it will help keep Solo cooler.



6:11 am Solo is up and preening.

Spirit delivers a fish and gets attacked.

Hi ladies! Yes, it is a real cooker out there today!!!!

I must have just missed Spirit dropping off that fish Rita! I got down there just after that & found Spirit perched to the west of the nest tree, overlooking a pond. He didn't stay too long & then flew across the highway bridge & headed south.


These photos are from yesterday morning when I found Spirit perched to the right of the nest tree! I can't believe I even spotted him! There is definitely an advantage to having a trained eye & knowing where to look!
