Both flew off from the perch by the river, heading towards the right from our perspective; they haven't returned to the nest yet, so the egg is uncovered.

Dad is looking around calmly from time to time, and might be dozing a bit. Looks peaceful.

No change. I'm reminded of a song with the line "all around me peaceful...." - I like peaceful.

Dad called a couple of times, then got up and called again. Not sure, but I think Mom may also have been calling from nearby - sounded like more than one voice. He's now standing and looking around.




Now a bit of preening - hopefully that means things are settling down.

I heard Dad calling .thankful he didn't leave the nest He is preening

Mom arrives and they "talk" a bit.




Dad leaves, and she moves over to tend the egg.




She's moving a big clump of moss around.

Great Mom is back ..they have some eagle talk LlOL
