I think my response to whether this was detrimental to her health was "The eggs are not detrimental to her health. She gets plenty to eat so can quickly replace the nutrients that go into an egg." She is obviously not healthy, unless she just doesn't know how to incubate eggs and is jamming her keel into the eggs and crushing them.

She has only incubated for 5 days, so she could easily lay another clutch in a month

Such sad news - my heart goes out to them, and to all who have been following them. 
It's hard to be sure, but looking at Eagle Duo's s'cap from the CHIL forum (http://z7.invisionfree.com/CHIL_EagleCA ... p=40011285), it looks to me as if the shell crushed more than cracked initially, which suggests to me that even though the shell on at least egg #7 was stronger than on the first 6, they still were nowhere near strong enough to last the 35+ days necessary to hatch.
