I didn't see any eagles on the CU flats but maybe a few on the sandbars in front of the single tree .. it is foggy making it difficult to see

I am busy doing chores... it is and has been quiet on H Mills ...meaning no eagle sounds... It is foggy over the river and I think it has stopped raining.... I will watch as much as i can... Please post if you are watching .Thanks ~

Bird preening on Mom 's perch... Not big enough for a Juvie and i don't think it is a Steller Jay , and a downy woodpecker on pole to the left ..pileated wood peckers are much bigger.. nearly the size of a crow I think .

Bev, I didn't see any tail markings on the eagle from this morning, but honestly it
was really tough to see anything clearly...it left in a flash. I am thinking it probably wasn't Dad.
it is exciting to see eagles period, I must say

Thanks Michelle for checking the video ... i was not convinced either that the eagle was Dad Honeycomb ... hope we see both on the nest soon or perched side by side were we can clearly see Dad's black tail stripe ...and thanks for zooming Michelle
