Yes, I just heard Sandy calling out. I am hoping Sandy makes it back to the nest before the rain starts.

I shall assume both Ma and Pa know where Sandy is located and are keeping an eye on her/him.
No doubt they can hear Sandy calling out.

I have a feeling Sandy is trying to figure out how to make it back to the nest. Sandy may very well be just below the nest and out of the cameras range. Survival is the name of the game for Sandy and there is no doubt she will make it back.
Just hoping the parents keep a close eye on Sandy or are at least close by. Sandy does not need crows or any other type of bird harassing her. Sandy is on a mission.
You know what will happen, one minute the nest will be empty and the next Sandy is eating the fish Ma left her yesterday evening.

Thanks for your thoughts Sandy... I agree.. that Sandy may very well be trying to figure out his next move.. and i also think he is fine.. and hopefully he will make it back to the nest...Smile or move on to another branch ..

I don't recall seeing crows around this nest like we do on some other nest .. but we did have Ravens earlier this season
