Dark , Quiet and wet at the empty nest


5:55am....I am signed in on the N PTZ Cam.........

Approx.6:11am
I heard trills and I think i heard two eagles.....like one responding to the other

No eagles on the perches close to the nest\

Very dark out front.... but I don't see an eagle on Mom's perch

No eagles on the lone tree

2 adults out on the flats... and maybe a juvie and another adult lower right flying in and landing on the lone tree

Adult out on the flats flew in and chased of another adult

Adult on lone tree.... and 5 others out on the flats

Maybe all this explains why the Honeycombs are away from their nest...... Is there another pair of Adults in the area and a juvie .......??? Looks like the Honeycombs are defending their nest..!!.......

I missed the adult leaving the lone tree....... there is one flying on the lower left and three eagles out on the flats

There is either an adult or a juvie lower in the tree too - the one at the top flew off a minute or so ago

Thanks so much Yolande ..I missed that one... now we know why the H's are not on their nest...... ..... Mom and Dad H are busy defending their nest and territory......
