Hi Fishing Buddies
There still seems to be lots of salmon around the hatchery.
If you listen carefully, occassionally you can hear eagle calls & seagulls in the distance. The visibility is still not very good because of the algae, but it's good to see there's still plenty of food out there for our beloved eagles.

Thanks for the pictures, Rose. It really is an amazing cycle - and with a bit of luck next year we'll have more parts of it online sooner, so we'll really be able to watch the salmon and other fish - and the eagles and other birds - as they take part in it all.

Hi Judy or KarenB
I was wondering if you know whether the area of the Chehalis River
around the Hatchery cam is frozen over, and if this is the reason why
no one has cleaned the glass that protects the camera? Also, sometimes
there seems to be an awful lot of condensation on the inside of the
glass, which to me would mean moisture & that can't be good for the camera.
Just wondering
Rose
