7:06pm...........Ma is incubating the egg..............she was up a moment ago when I first tried to log on..........but it took a minute for me to get things streaming and then I had missed seeing the egg. Bev, that is wonderful that you are getting the cams so well...................I'm finding the evenings work better for me. Right now, I have the cams............but when I try during the day I often can't get them to load.

It really is a lovely evening at Harrison Mills. Have no idea where Dad is. Hope he is off eating a nice big fish.

7:42 pm Mom seems calm right now. Thank goodness that jay isn't bothering her. I did just hear another bird near the nest. I have no idea what it was, just soft little peeping. Wonder if they have some smaller birds nesting below.

Decided to take a closer look at Mom. She has a few little blood spots by her tail feathers. Mom is fine, nothing to worry about.

Mom just preened, changed position, rolled the egg and she is snuggled back down.

9:00 pm I heard Mom trilling, and came running in to see what was going on. Mom was at the edge of the nest, but I didn't see what could have disturbed her. Maybe Dad flew in to check on her. She went back and settled in on the egg.
