JudyB...I think I will change the name to "youngest" for as long as I can tell the difference. He really has grown and caught up to the others lately. I'm glad that you and I are enjoying this wonderful nest full of calm and beautiful 'lets!! I don't know what happened to the two pwople from Iowa who used to post here. The others don't know what they are missing here!!

Whew! these eaglets are getting BIG.

feet and feathers....

Lots of pics from the 12th of May. It was ANOTHER rainy day and they did spend most of the day either in a lump or under Mom...sort of!


From the side the youngest one is really starting to look like an eagle--check the beak and eagle eye!


Feathers are more developed today. The oldest is really getting black, middlest is more feathered and the youngest is showing a lot of black "dots".


It started to rain and Mom was doing her best to cover her big kids.

The youngest one looked like he was trying out some self feeding on the 10th.

It was a mixed day on the nest on the 14th. It looked like there was sun early and then wind and more rain moved in AGAIN!


I may not be so tiny any more but I'm still the cutest!
