Thanks everybody who commented and tried. We'll get there Judy sooner or later Richard or the software company will get it figured out

Quote by: BBEjkr, thank you for adding my question (about going to last page in a thread via the main index) to Richard's 'To Do' list.
P.S. Update:
Since you helped me to enable seeing others posts under mine when I'm making a new one; they worked for 24 hours and now if I see one I am lucky. I have not changed the Forum Prefs in my account settings ??

Quote by: jkrAnn that is bizarre that they appear and disappear on you like that. Sounds like another thing to add to our list of things that work/then don't work.
jkr - problem fixed. made one change and I think I forgot to 'Save'. Also I wasn't seeing the posts below mine when I was posting as I hadn't ticked 'Show topic review' under Forum Preferences. Then I didn't see the scroll bar to see the more than one. Dah
A great helpful team here - many thanks

Very interesting occurrence. As a result i have a :question  Probably an item for Richard's 'To Do' list.
Ealier this evening I made a post where I wanted to highlight two names in Blue.. First name= no problem.
When I went to highlight the second name in the same colour: - I looked up and the 'Font Color' was still showing Blue
- I clicked on the drop down and clicked Blue and it wouldn't do so.
- Then I cleared the Bluecolor=#]from the text
- then placed drop down selection to 'Default'
- I then re- highlighted the name and selected Blue
- Success in making second name Blue
After I submitted the post I played around with trying to use a different colour for two names. As above I had to re-set to 'Default' before using same colour again. In fact the Font Color is still stuck on Blue. I have just clicked the drop down and returned it to 'Default'.

Ann, that's exactly how the color coding here works. You have to go back to Default each time if you want to use the same color twice in a row.
It's annoying and I'm not sure it can be fixed but I'll put it on the list.

A shortcut of sorts is to just switch to a different color where you want the second instance of blue to be - making it red, perhaps. And then change the word red to blue manually -
[ color=red ] => [ color=blue ].
Not the solution - but another workaround while we wait for an update.

We over on EA were just discussing the smilies that we miss. Is all the work done now that's going to be or will there still be any chance of getting back some of our favs? I'm wondering mostly about the room all those ones with signs take up and would removing some of them close the gap more between the format toolbar and the post?
