Is it alright if I post a link to a story about the Brighton peregrine falcons? I can't find a thread for the Brighton Peregrine Falcons, or a way to create a new thread. Perhaps a mod could create one for the Brighton Peregrines.

Their nestbox is under threat - due to maintentance work on the top of the building where their box is located.

soph9: I saw a bird perched in a tree at Beacon Hill Park yesterday. At first I thought it was a Cooper's Hawk, because they have had several nests in the park the past few years. When I looked at my pictures, I started thinking it looked like a peregrine falcon. Can you or someone here please tell me if it is a peregrine falcon (or what it is) Thanks. I've posted 3 photos with different poses.

Sure looks like the beautiful Peregrine to me....I have been seeing a few in and around the downtown Vancouver area....a headless seagull fell from the roof of my hospital i work at on Friday...had to have been a Falcon's meal! The body was chew out too!
