And I completely missed the fact that Indy laid a third egg on March 31st. I'd looked in that morning and there were still two - and promptly forgot to check again. I guess we now know why they seemed a bit haphazard about incubating the first two - as usual, they knew what they were doing!

We welcome a new baby, born to Indy and Frank's neighbors, Mrs. Jefferson and Isaiah. The newborn eaglet was hatched on April 12, 2012 and is being cared for by its parents at Eagle Mountain Sanctuary in Pigeon Forge.

This little chick looks like it could use some groceries!! The eyes look to be a strange color too.
