Just a quick post before I turn in, Indy laid her first egg this evening at about 7pm CDT Here's a screen shot (I hope - haven't posted one before on this forum lol)

That's wonderful new! Thanks, twizzkid! I didn't have a clue!

I saw them both on the nest late yesterday afternoon and after watching for a while saw no inkling that an egg was coming. She never even went into the nest. What a surprise!!! Wooh

These two are from about 4PM yesterday.

Frank and Indy both sitting on the nest rail.

LOL I think they surprised everyone! I had gotten to the point of not checking the nest very often, since they had cam problems and when the cam was up, often not much eagle activity. but lucked in last night, popping in just after she laid (okay a few minutes earlier would have been better Smile but it was great to see. Indy stood still for over an hour after she laid. It was amazing!
