She is one very whooped Mama eagle. I'm pretty sure she laid #2 around 8:10-8:15pm PDT and is now resting. I've seen several eggs laid and that is just my guess.

Mom4tags you honour us with your very first post! Welcome to White Rock, these are a beautiful pair you are right! Partly because we have such an awesome camera on this site makes it easier to see every detail so we feel we know them intimately. I think we are all expecting to see 2 eggs when she does an egg roll

I've been privileged enough to see several lay their eggs and I think I saw it too at the same time you did. We got to see something very special. Does this pair of eagles have names?

Thank you for the Welcome! I just can't believe I was lucky enough to see her. I can't wait to see if there is 2 eggs. How wonderful!
The good cameras do help make the picture better but I think this pair has an extra beautiful look about them.
Our wonderful that the owners of the property are so involved and helpful with the Eagle's.

It really does seem like labor. Which I never even gave that a thought before I got hooked on watching and enjoying Eagles. The females seem so wore out for at least a couple hours after each egg. I was very glad to see they have been successful in the past. Then that seems to give them experience and hoping to be able to see the eaglets hatch and watch them grow.
