Thanks, beans! I only had the WA cam up at the time, so hadn't seen the overhead view. And the music is great!

Thanks, it was fun to make.
Do keep in mind: Like the eagles, the raccoon must also hunt for food and find a place to raise her babies. Both the raccoons and the eagles must protect and feed their babies. If the eagles leave their eggs or eaglets unprotected, they become food for the mother raccoon and her babies.
Unless we're vegetarians, we, too, eat other species.

I do know that raccoons are a threat to eagles, beans - and vice versa if baby raccoons are left untended. And though I think about where my food comes from, I'm not a vegetarian, so....
I've been watching a lot of the time yesterday and today, and haven't seen a return visit, so am hoping it was a curious young raccoon who has moved on.

Thanks, Ken, for resetting the WA cam to give us a view of the surrounding area - and it looks like a lovely day there today!

There were a few little birds visiting the nest yesterday, but I haven't seen much activity today.

beans allllllways chooses the perfect music for her videos. Great capture!
beans, not sure if you can change it but at the end of the video the date that scrolls reads the 21st (probably not that important)
1:08pm
The weather looks wet and windy at the moment, the lens appears to have moisture on it.
I like the new view, thanks so much .
