Woodlands Bleu

Kay,

I am so glad to see that picture of the heron at the park. Thank you......my Bleu is named after that gorgeous bird so Iit is special to see them all over the country. We do have many here in The Woodlands also and it is fun to see them catching a fish.

Hi everybody

Thanks glad you enjoyed the pics of the herons. Great pics Kay and Emme. I visited Island View beach on Saturday and came across this bird, not sure if he is a hawk or what. Maybe Kay, Emme or Elle will know. He was pretty far off and every time I closed in on him he would fly off. Anyway here are three of them.

Hi again

I also visited Pat Bay beach on Sunday. There was quite a bit of action with a few eagles around. I will post a couple of pics here and some more on Ma and Pa site. I think one of the ones here was an intruder as it doesn't look like ma or pa to me.

Thanks Elle. I knew you and Ian would know for sure. I kinda thought it was an osprey, but when I showed it somebody, they thought it was some kind of hawk.

Here are my photos of yesterdays feast on Sidney Beach. I counted over 20 bald eagles, and turkey vultures together! feeding on a buck carcass WOW
