Hi Mayline, The first WR eaglet hatched late Wednesday afternoon around 6:15pm and the newest one at 9:09pm last evening.
I like it when they're this close together, as there really isn't too much size difference.

And yes, I would agree that we have never lost one on the cams due to lack of food.

HI and WELCOME SetterKate

4:07p - Mom starts trilling and Dad is out there yelling as well. From the sound
of it, there could have been more than one intruder. She was extremely upset and mantled
the chicks.

She has settled down now covering the bobbles, rocking and pulling nesting toward
the bowl. Everything is looking dried out in the nest now.

The chicks are peeping and Mom's up for a wing and leg stretch.
4:14p - Feeding begins. She is casting a shadow over the bowl so can't
get a very good s'cap of the little ones I don't think.

4:19-23p - Feeding's over. They both got equal amounts this time. At the end,
Mom offered the eaglet at the front of the bowl a bite but he kept his little beak
closed. She ate a bite or two and is waling around finding a spot that's comfortable
to cover them. She's having a go at the pulling on the nesting.
She is facing 12-(WA)

4:26p - Mom starts trilling and calling again, then calms down. I see there
are two fish to the right of the bowl and a pile of feathers front left. Seagulls are
sounding off.

4:33p - 5 or 6 calls and a few from Dad who must be close by.

4:34 - Dad arrives with another fish....Mom chats to him some.

4:39 - Mom gets up and flies out exposing the chicks in the bowl. One
gives the other a couple of pecks. They chirp as Dad moves around and settles
over them facing 7/8.

4:40-45p - Dad is very much on alert and there is trilling between he and
Mom during this time.

4:53-54p - Mom is out there calling and Dad is trilling in response. She is
obviously in pursuit of the unwanted visitor.
