5:46 Pa was on duty (I got a shot of him so not my imagination hehe) and I watched as took him forever to wiggle in. He rolled the chick
5:52 now Ma's on duty, I am watching too many nests!

I would rather spend my life close to the birds than wishing I had wings

Just came for a quick peek and it's Mom I do believe Lori. If I could see the
collar I would know for sure. Did you see the eagle that flew behind the 'fattest' evergreen (12o'c)?
6:03p - The intruder just flew over the water again (left side).

The cats attacked me for their dinner right after I took this scap. I'm not sure when it was...maybe close to 5:30PM PDT. I just love it when they are calling with their head thrown back so I'll post it anyway!

6:35pm I am sure I saw a nice size pip in the egg when mom was feeding little one.

YES Lori, it is Mom. I sometimes confuse myself. I can usually tell right off who it
is. Dad really is different than Mom in a lot of ways. Sometimes when they are in this
position, I don't look closely enough. I have been known to change a post if I get it wrong. \
7:13p - Dad's home! and Mom has flown out.

7:17p - Dad doing a bit of changing the area around the bowl...rocking over the nest.
7:19 - A little rocking again and settled facing 9...won't be long before he nods off.
This is Dad watching Mom fly away.
