Eagle flys off nest and the other returns or the same eagle returns don't know which because of downed cam

Wellllllll, that was a BIG mistake............NO cams. What bad timing! Now it's saying

~3:33PM adult up to tend the eggs.I didn't see any thing pip-ish but I think only 1 egg got rolled
