if not a woodpecker then a seagul some of the gulls out this way are gray and white especially the baby's

Is this a woodpecker:question:
not a skunk as they stink and no other species bothers a skunk not even racoons they shy away from the smell and I believe eagles would also. They eat Muskrat tho and There are so many birds at Boundary Bay I know the area in fact I uploaded a picture of all the birds flying by the nest last week when I though they were following the Herring runs - hundreds of birds, this is Boundary Bay no lack of bird meals believe me

GJ :hello: I think the meal was larger than a woodpecker :dunno: and it took quite awhile for it to be consumed but not positive either. Can you please add times to your caps that you just posted with the black and white meal so there is no confusion Grin Thank You!

5:35p Adult flies into the nest and calls.
5:38p Now flies out of nest.
Multiple calls from both off nest.
