An adult just swooped out of the tree and headed out behind the nest and out of view.

Good morning!

I had the camera up most of the day yesterday, but it was on a laptop on the side of my desk, so I wasn't really focused on it. That said, I didn't see any visits the rest of the day. I intend to have the cam up again today - but also have a busy day at work so have again relegated it to the laptop.

No eagles or other birds.
All of our nest sites appear to have the wet and wild West Coast weather today.

I've been hearing some insistent calls the last few minutes, and just saw a flash as something flew by.
Then there was one adult just to the left of what the cam shows, and another underneath.
And I think the one on the left just joined the one underneath.

I wish they'd move up into view - I'm thinking it's Mom and Dad - but can't be sure.

one in the nest briefly

Then flew off.

One to upper left, another one approached - looked as if one in tree fended off a landing.

I think there's at least one in the branches at the top of the screen. No clue how many are around - if it's only our pair or if some of the neighbors are trying to move in.

Doing a bit of beaking at each other.

Very windy there. Now moving around and picking at the sticks a bit.

Glad you're here to see them, Darlene!

They're mostly just standing there looking around - but at least they're together and in the nest!

One of them (Mom?) flew away towards the camera. The other is still standing in the nest, looking around.
