By looking at the shape of the head I think this is the female.

Still on the nest looking about the area. No sign of the male yet today.
The wind gust are quite heavy at times.

7:19 am
She tosses her head back and calls out.
Repeats the process a moment later.
I'm not hearing any response over the wind in the mic.

7:24 - or thereabouts.
The adult flew off while I was multi-tasking and I missed the precise time of fly off

Good Morning Judy, Marg

Won't post any of my scaps as they are the same as the ones posted. Is it just me or is the WA cam a tad blurry this morning??

Hi Sharon, yes, even with my new lenses it looks a tiny bit blurry.

8:21am - both eagles in the nest bowl and working on the bowl, but seem to be mainly poking at the fluff as opposed to moving any sticks. Now one adult has gone out onto the branch off to the side.

8:25am - now both adults up in the branches, one off to the side and the other up directly above the bowl.

There is an autofocus command that the server sends to each of the cameras at a set time each day - supposed to be some time around when the cameras switch from infrared to regular light.

The focus for regular light is different from that of infrared, but at the switch back to daylight it seems that the cameras don't quite have enough light to focus properly. I've set the timer to change times as the seasons progress, and today is when it set back an hour to 6AM from 7AM - which appears also to be a bit early.

I've added February back into the 7:30AM group so it will focus twice each morning. In March it will only focus at 6:30AM again.

From May to August it will be at 5:30AM
