Hi Judy jkr ..Ken....Judy B..... speaking of H Mills ......First I want to thank Ken for all he does to keep our cams streaming ......
Question ....I am wondering if a "Timer" to reboot the cams like the one at Delta 2 would be helpful at H Mills and if so could one be installed .... Just asking ! Every time there is a power bump at H Mills .. the cams have to go though "recycling " and sometimes it can take a few days.
Here are a few examples I posted last season. I have more also !
Dec.4 2016.. Cams are down since 2:06am ... ? Power Bump... the cameras will likely recycle and come back on it's own. As usual that may take some time.
Dec. 6 at 9:59a.. N Cam is back .. It took approx. 57 hours for the N Cam to recycle and come back on its on its own
Dec.8 at 10:39am... N Cam is down.. and so far the S Cam never did come back since Dec .4
Dec. 9 at 9:36am.. N Cam is back .. there is snow on the nest .S Cam is still not back
Sunday Dec.11... N Cam is down at 11:33am.. S Cam is down since Dec.4
Monday .Dec.12 N Cam is back at 7:38am.. No zooming until 10:34am....No sign of the H's at that time..
South Cam is back..Jan.27.. 3:30p... It took 7 weeks for this cam to recycle and come back on its own
Thanks
Bev

Thanks Judy ! A "Timer "to reboot the cams [If it is workable] would also save Ken from making those long road trips to H Mills .... I recall last year where Ken ran into a snow storm on his way to H Mills .. we were all worried about him.....Ken is more important than the cams and none of us want him to put his life at risk ever !
Keeping good thoughts that the H Mills cams will recycle soon.... !

4:28pm.......Both Darlene and I have been having trouble with the zoomer cams at Delta2. They were fine earlier in the day but for the past hour or so they have had several moments of being unresponsive to the controls or are taking off by themselves and won't stop once a button has been pressed. I just got both cams back on the nest but it was quite a challenge.

Update from Ken
White Rock should be working now.
Harrison... he is able to talk to the computer which means that the cams are still in the recycling stage and will come up on their own. Sometimes it takes a few days.
Jean, I will pass the message about Delta on to Ken.

10:34pm.............Hi jkr! I know our Delta2 PTZ cams were reported but thought this information might be helpful to Ken!
I tried to get into the zoomer cams................The EAST cam did not come up at first.......second try was a go!
WEST cam showing a black screen on the first try, then a white screen with no data. Second and third tries with the WEST cam could not connect at all. So at this point I have the EAST cam only. Tried to move that one.
3 separate tries to move the EAST cam............cam is not responding. That tells me that it may move eventually if I keep trying (that is what it was doing yesterday), but it will likely jump ahead as it was doing yesterday and then thought I may have trouble getting it back so I did not move the cam off the nest and signed out.
