gretchen_AEF (Admin): WEDNESDAY Tuck-In Report
: Juliet was perched at the nest this morning for a bit gazing over the Hamlet. Ground crew, Glenn, is back and saw her dive for a fish in the waterway near the nest this afternoon. She perched nearby and enjoyed her catch! She was back at the nest this evening relaxed like old times. She later flew, but it was too dark to locate her. Although Romeo was chased by an Osprey and landed on his favorite branch at the ST and tucked for the night (pic to be posted tomorrow). SED

What a fun surprise to have a sub-adult visit the nest this afternoon! Looked rather large, so we were thinking a 4-5yr old female. We were stood-up at tuck tonight, but know Romeo and Juliet are somewhere close by. SED Y'all

Good afternoon, everyone! We were sure blessed to have Romeo and Juliet here for such a long visit today! Romeo had a shower and some preening, and Juliet must have gone off for more sticks to secure the nest, or maybe a fish for lunch! Enjoy your afternoon, prayers for all in Irma's path.
