Sorry, before I ask here, I ask on the forum if more having the same problem. JudyB just wrote back..Anna, I'm at work and can't open the second cam, but am guessing we need to restart them so the two views are closer together. I think Pat is online so I'll see if she can do that.

I did not know, I need Pat for this. So now I just wait.

Thanks and have a great day.

Anna

Sorry - should have checked here too.

Richard, Ken, Pat, jkr and I can all restart some of the cams - and we've found it helps to do that when there's a big difference as you reported at Sidney, Anna. As Richard said, it's common for them to be a few seconds different, and there's not anything we can do about that.

I asked Pat to do the restart because I'm at work and can only pop in and out for a minute at a time; she has a bit more time at the moment and was on her way to do the restart.

Pat the same issue is at WR so please restart those as well! I just fired them up and the clocks are right, scenes are not

Update -

Pat said it wasn't an encoder issue - once she had reloaded the pages for both Sidney cams, they were back in sync.

Lori, White Rock and Lafarge have different types of cams - we can't jump-start them. If reloading the pages doesn't get them within a few seconds of each other, it will be a job for Richard.

ok they're not that far out so don't worry about WR whoever zoomed in thank you for backing off! it just pixelates when it's too close and we lose clarity

Judy, both cams are now okay, after I refresh 3 times.

What shall I do in the future if I have a problem, for me it is the most normal place to post here ?

was trying to get a closer look at the chick - yes, it pixelates - I zoomed in too much and this is an electronic zoom only on this camera.

Richard I just about had a heart attack cause there's a maniac in control of the zoom on the Decorah nest and I can't even watch it as a result...like trying to watch a show in a room with a guy who has a remote in his hand...NOT! Wooh
