Thanks, gemini - I had a suspicion it wouldn't be that easy!
Richard has rebuilt some of the underlying tables that might have been causing a problem - and we now need some people to do a bit of testing.
If any of you who were getting error messages stop by - please try again and let us know if it's fixed.
Thanks!
(If it doesn't, would you mind clearing your cache and trying again - just in case?)

Hi,
I was just wondering why it says I've been a member starting this year, when in fact I was signed in starting last year. I believe it was May of 2009. I may have done something wrong signing in with this years new forum. :dunno:
Thanks for your help
Jude

Jude you did nothing wrong. Unfortunately the old membership list with our start dates wasn't transferable.
Members who had joined the Media Gallery in previous years show the date that they joined but anyone who had never
used the Media Gallery show only the date that they joined this present forum.
A suggestion used by many members is to add your old start date to your signature line.

Hi there, I have been watching your cameras for 2 years now and over this weekend I can't get the cameras to turn on. If they have the eagle's had with the white circle in them to click on versus the green arrow, they won't come up. The white circle just spins. I hope you can help...I want to keep watching the little guys grow up! Thanks, Treva

Hi Treva - and welcome!
I'm sorry that it's taking a little while to get back to you - it seems as if it's been busier than usual lately.
Do you have a PC or a Mac? Which browser are you using - Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, something else?
Which cam page have you been watching - the primary pages for Sidney and Lafarge, or one of the pages that has more than one cam on a page? We have been making some changes to a few of the pages which could affect some people.
The things that generally help are clearing the cache and making sure pop-ups are allowed - but it may be easier to provide hints once I know which operating system and browser are involved.
With a bit of luck we'll have you back online soon!

Hi Treva
Have you tried any of the multi-cam versions ? You can find them on our live cam page when you scroll way down the page
index.php?topic=cam-sites Sometimes they work better for people who have a problem with the single view of the cams. It won't hurt to try it out.

Hi there, Thanks for the tip...hope you have some more to try. The only cameras that would work for me were the multiple views...but now nothing works. :cry1: Treva
