The reply from Enmax regarding the camera:
"It appears to be a temporary issue at the zoo."

***I had the zoo camera working a few minutes ago but it was only capturing a small piece of the nest & the bicycle-path.

Good Morning All
Judy, The photo of the fire is truly beautiful, I just wish it wasn't so destructive
I did not post yesterday - the black screen and the extreme heat here did not lend itself to polite comments!
I did send an email to the EnMax Osprey cam address. I do not expect an answer. Nice to see you got a response Judy.
I logged on today to the black screen again. I'll leave it up and running along with the recording in case it suddenly starts to transmit.
DKY I did not capture your visit the other day as the transmission had frozen while I was away not watching it like a hawk. Sorry, I really wish I had it - It's fun to capture people we know.
Is today a Holiday for you in Canada as it is here in the US?

***At 1220 the camera is running & re-aimed at the nest. Empty at this time except for that black garbage bag. It is a holiday Monday here in Canada.
***That was short lived!! I went back right away & got the black screen. Then it cut in briefly & back out again. I guess we'll have to wait for a fix!!

I've have checked the camera a couple of times but it only streams for a matter of seconds, black out, runs again and then freezes. Not really worth trying to fight with it. I did spot a couple of magpies but that was it.

From the disarray on that nest I think we can safely assume that Mom has left the area. She is usually good about keeping it tidy.
... might as well go find something else to do before wearing out our fingers trying to restart the camera continually.
