wave Hello there! I came across this wonderful pair of eagles quite by chance on YouTube when I was catching up with previous events involving another nest, and happened to see a very amusing video of Liberty and Freedom (https://youtu.be/tAu020c4XP4). I was instantly drawn in and very happy to find them here!

A quick check of the IR cam revealed strong winds and an even stronger Liberty situated on the nest. I hope this means we'll be seeing eggs in the near-future... Red Heart

Good Morning Mad(am) Scientist and all who love and watch the nestwave

Thanks for the pic and the video from yesterday! I also read on FB that a sub adult visited the nest yesterday and stole the fish!!! Titter Kind of reminds me of the kids coming home form College and raiding the pantry giggle It won't be long before we see Mom on the nest over night every night. I think we can officially start egg watch this weekend Cloud 9


Previous dates of egg laying:
2015 two eggs were laid on 2/14 and 2/17
2016 two eggs were laid on 2/18 and 2/21


Weather forecast for today... snow coming tomorrow. Hopefully not too much..
