And, then he soared above me and circled around to the backside of the nest. I think he brought in a small stick? Couldn't see with all of the leaves, but he went to the nest briefly and then flew out for his break.

WE HAVE A HATCH TODAY!!!!!!! Eaglet #1 on April 18th, 2017


I observed Miss Liberty doing a feeding at 4:30pm today confirming there is a wee one in the nest!!!Very HappyVery HappyVery Happy

I was down there a bit earlier and saw her looking down fairly often, but wanted to see a feeding before I called it!

I guess we won't know when we have Eaglet #2 without the Eaglecam, but I will try to observe off and on to see if they are no longer doing egg rolls & look like they are feeding more than 1 eaglet!
