During the morning it was very hard to get even a glimpse of the eggs. The parents are listening but I cannot hear the peeping. We have a hatch in progress.
The parents have switched before 8am, about 9am, and at 11:26am Dad brought mom some food in the afternoon. I finally got a few views of the eggs but
could not tell anything about the eggs.

8:11am Dad is incubating the eggs.

I was not around again until 6:45pm. The parent is incubating the eggs again.

The parents have been switching duty and blocking the view of the eggs most of the day. There have been a couple of chances to get a peek. Still not sure if hatch is at the point of the eaglet working its way around the shell.
The parents are listening often.

7:48am Dad is on the nest. He is softly calling. He keeps shifting around but stays low over the nest bowl.
8:19am He pulls up more nesting material around himself.
9:17am He is listening.
9:47am Dad is off and Mom arrives at the lower left.

10:08am Mom is preening.
10:13am It begins to rain. It does not last long.
10:54am DAd brings in grass, then moves a stick to the top of the nest. Mom is up and off the nest.
11:08am Dad is listening. Dad does some shifting but does not allow a view of the eggs.
12:11pm Dad rolls one egg. And continues to incubate.

I have no proof except parent behavior but I think we have a hatch. Egg 1 is 40 days and egg 2 is 37 days. With only the side view we can not see into the nest bowl. In the early afternoon
I saw 2 eggs clearly intact. Then I saw 1 and then what appears to be 4 eggs so it could be both parts of the shell. I suspect from parent behavior that we have a hatch but have no proof

Congratulations on the new little hatchling Donna! Took a peek in this evening. Had a dickens of a time getting the cam up. Had to "allow" the flash player at the site. Looks like a beautiful evening and what a huge nest!
