I did not see the eagles in the morning. I was out more than I checked in so they very well could have been at the nest.

1:10pm One eagle is on the nest.


3:35pm On is on the nest quietly watchful.
3:56pm No eagles.

5:25pm to 5:53pm Mom has food near the bottom left of the nest. She keeps calling. She begins to defur the rabbit. She is watchful as she eats.

5:51pm defurring the rabbit.


5:53pm Watching, vocals,

6:00pm Both are on the nest.

6:23pm Dad goes up to the perch above the nest. Mom fluffs the nesting material at center nest.
6:33pm Mom flies off the nest and it sounds like she lands in the tree up higher than the perch at the lower left side.

Good morning to everyone who loves these eagles. We are getting so close to egg time.

8:53am This morning I kept hearing but not seeing a visitor at the nest. There was so much movement up above on the perch.
8:59am Finally this youngster came to the nest. I think it is 2 or 3 years old. If it is one of the FSV eaglets it would be Amara, Ajax, or Aspen. It stayed on the nest until 9:06am.



It found some food on the nest and picked it up.

9:22am The sub adult left at 9:06 but was heard up above. It comes to the nest again and finds food at the lower left side of the nest. It begins to eat and abruptly flies off the nest. It goes to the trees behind the nest.

9:24am The sub adult leaves and perches in the trees behind the nest to the left.

The adults returned to the nest and the sub adult stayed in the trees.

10:10am

1:12pm Both are on the nest.

Mom was on the nest for part of the night. She was on the net before sunrise all tucked in. I was up late and at 11pm she was not on the nest.
7:51am to 7:54am One eagle was on the nest. He, I think, was quiet and watchful.
8:12am to 8:18am Both eagles were on the nest.

One came in with a stick.




I have not seen them since this morning. It is quite windy at the nest today. And the temperature is a record breaking 73 degrees.

5:00pm One eagle at the nest.
