7:26 a.m.: Ma just flew in, I think with another fish. Much squealing from both eaglets.

7:28:15 a.m.: Ma moves to the runway branch, while one of the eaglets mantles.

7:28:56 a.m.: Ma takes off. Eaglets continue to whistle-screep.

If the eaglet with the shorter tail is Divot, then he was the one mantling and Bunker was stealing bites from under Divot. Has anyone been able to get a good look at their crops today? After yesterday's deliveries, they should be about to POP! I have not been able to see them long enough to see their crops.

Well I'm certainly not complaining but this is so bizarre. I told David Hancock how much fish is suddenly coming into the nest. It is mysterious because Ma has had the same amount of fish available to her every day since before Pa disappeared and yet she would hardly bring any of it to the nest and there was no way to make her do so. Keep it up, Mrs. Honeycomb.

Also I told David about the 'suitor' that has sometimes appeared in the evening with Ma on that perch across from the nest. Then I told him about the 'intruder' eagle that showed up briefly the night before last. David said that would most likely have been a female intruder since males only attack males and females go after other females, etc. Interesting.

Well looky here.
Bunker looks quite comfortable and Divot is trying to figure out how Bunker managed to get up there.

So cute the way Divot was looking at Bunker and for a second I thought Divot was going to sample Bunkers toes. The last fish mom brought in must been a piece of fish went fast , I think she ate some for breakfish . Slow posting because my tablet wasn't showing the submit buttton , had go fire up computer

I don't understand though. I thought Ma wasn't taking any of the fish left for her. So now she has been all of a sudden? Have the fish quantities decreased to be sure she is hunting and not taking them that were left for her? She is a such a beauty.
