Whoever was on the perch by the river just left, and someone just arrived on the nest (I think the same someone, but can't be sure - only basing that on timing).
She(?) is digging around the egg, and preparing to settle in. Tail looks like Mom, I think.

There was no one on the nest and only one eagle by the river since I came back to my desk at 12:30 pm.

Adult on the nest is moving fluff around - maybe Dad?

I'm now thinking Dad - but not easy to tell if I can't see the band or the little stripe in the tail. Bev?
