I hope they are successful in working on the nest. 172 feet up. But then White Rock is not too low either. I know they will do a good job. Be safe climbers and everyone.

Hi Helen.......I am very confident the H Mills nest will be just perfect after the maintenance is done!

I moved the S Cam out front facing the river.......It is a beautiful day !

Beautiful day on the river. A boat and people our on the sandbar area and another boat speeding by.


A bigger boat seems to be anchored.
There will be lots of eagles out there later in the fall.

Parents return home.....last season !

Mom Honeycomb is home Oct.12 at 7:39am

Maybe Mom and Dad Honeycomb on Mom's perch Oct.19 at 7:22am

Mom and Dad Honeycomb on the nest Oct.21 at 9:48am

We are hopeful Dad will return this season but if he doesn't .. I/we hope Mom will have a new mate that will be equally as good to her as Dad was ...time will tell !

and here is the link to when the eagles were arriving on the CU Flats from the salmon runs up north on their way back to their nests and territories ! ....we saw a few earlier thank Oct.12 also
