I am so glad that the day ended well and Divot is back. He is a pretty smart eagle: figured out how to get food from the more dominant Bunker and figured out how to get out of the tree today! He should do well once he gets out into the world! Yay! Divot And, many thanks to everyone who was here today watching and posting everything as it happened....see you all again tomorrow for another adventure with Divot!

FEED TIMELINE: Monday, July 31/2017

4:22pm Divot had just returned to the nest after his adventure in the nest tree. Mom brought food [Heather thought part of a fish with tail] and Divot mantled it immediately. Mom went to the ICB for a minute or two and flew off. Divot seemed to be eating for quite a long time - enjoying every bite.

Hoping he stays on branches or in the nest. Is it warm there? Seems like he's panting.

Just a thank you and a awesome job to the cam operators!! Mods, assistants, an us regulars for awesome coverage and eyes!! Our eyes will love the rest lol! Seems funny because its 8:16 pm here!
