542pm there was just a change on the nest, from dad to mom I believe. mom getting the nest bed all warm and comfy for the night. pulling lots of grass close to her

there are two sticks on the nest that have to go! one is blocking view of mom, other is blocking our view of the parent on the nest, and may be trouble for the chicks

bev.

I was wondering about that stick.

I go t a bit confused when reading the blog on their cam page as they talk about other nests and you sometimes think it is Shepherdstown nest

hi bev, yes, they do talk a lot about other nests, I noticed too, but it seems no one there minds. some things are confusing though. if you have a question just ask here, Deb or I will answer for you. I wish I could yank those sticks off the nest though, maybe mom will notice them soon and move them fingers crossed

all's quiet on the nest, think it is dad on the eggs right now but not sure
