Pa then flew off and started to sit on a branch beside the nest.
Lady was in the process of lying down.
Both eagles can be seen in the following picture.

When Lady finished hunkering down to egg duty, she disappeared so deep into the nest that you could not see her from the ground anymore.
At 6:50 pm Stan and I went home. I think Pa stayed with Lady for the night.
We can call Lady 'ma' soon.

Wow - great photos of the eagles at the Pandora nest Annemie. Looks like lots going on there this evening. Maybe one of these days we'll meet at the nest.
