Here I go again....I am receiving huge numbers of post notifications in my email and cannot figure out how to stop them Can you help? I've clicked on something or other...... Foolish me, this has happened before and I cannot remember how to stop it.

I saw a few eagles out on the flats.. eagles were having a bit of trouble landing due to the wind... lifting them back up again.
