How wonderful to see Mrs. Honeycomb on the nest this evening. Betty Anne and I had a nice lunch in here in Langley today after we did a bit of shopping together. It was the first I had seen her since I returned to Canada earlier this month.

She said that the Shaw cable connection that was accidentally cut by the grounds keepers was only the cable that affected our cameras. It did not affect the Internet for the rest of the property at Pretty Estates.

The sale of the large acreage seems to be progressing much more smoothly than the failed first offer on the estates. I think it has a good chance of closing around the end of March or first of April. The good news is that Betty Anne will be able to continue to live on the land where she was born. Talons crossed that the new owners will be willing to sponsor our eagle cams. They plan to build a hotel and condos somewhere on the property but they will keep the golf course running. Time will tell.
