I shut down my computer and restarted it.. I have sound now and can hear Sandy
I am praying Sandy wii make back to the nest... I saw this happen to an eaglet on another nest this season.. and h.s make it back after being perched below the nest all night...
 for Sandy !!
I am looking forward to what David has to say !!!

Can still hear Sandy - looking for some wing flapping lol
Will pop on the NPTZ for a minute - just to zoom in for a short time..
Glad you have sound now, Bev! And good to hear about the eaglet on the nest you were watching!!

I'm seeing flapping. Flying up is harder than flying down, especially if he's below the nest trying to go straight up, rather than a more gradual ascent - but he may not have the strength yet to circle around (or may now know he does  )

Hi Judy and Yolande.. That makes sense Judy... I think i mentioned something like that earlier that it was harder for Sandy to lift up...

ADD: 2:31pm Just saw your post below, Judy, and thanks for putting this into perspective! I sometimes still think of Sandy as a big chick, but, of course, he is a very long way from that! And last season Driver went down in the tree and successfully made h/her way back up
