I visited this new nest again last night. One of the adults was perched at the top of the nest tree for the entire time I was there. Both eaglets were in the nest eating. One eaglet jumped over to the branch at the side of the nest and a few minutes later it spread its wings and flew. I don't know if this was its fledge flight but it tried to land at the top of a nearby tree and couldn't hang onto the branch. It flew around the area and landed at the top of another tree further from the nest. It jumped up and down a few times before flying off again. It flew around the area, then around to the other side of the nest tree and landed in the nest. It was very exciting to see it flying WooHoo The 2nd eaglet was jumping up and down and just seemed to float up to a branch above the nest, flapped a few times then floated back down to the nest. The fledged eaglet was picking at leftovers in the nest. Just before I left the 2nd adult eagle flew over, circled the area being chased by crows, then landed on some kind of communications tower at the other side of the building. I will post some photos later.

Back to the front of the building the adult is still perched at the top of the nest tree. Not much light left.

I visited this new nest again last night. I arrived a little earlier than on my previous visit but the sky continued to get darker and darker. One of the eaglets was perched at the top of the nest tree and I did not see or hear the other one. I assumed the other one was out and about taking advantage of its new found freedom. Awhile later I spotted one of the adult sitting on a small island offshore. It flew around a couple of times then headed back to the nest with something in its talons. The eaglet at the top of the nest tree squawked a few times but made no attempt to get back down to the nest. The adult remained in the nest eating the prey and eventually flew off just before I left. The eaglet was flapping and lifting off from the top of the nest tree and getting some good height but settled in amongst the branches where it was when I left. I'll post some photos later.
