HAPPY BIRTHDAY RUUD

Hello Friends, What a very long day for my sister. She is such a trooper and never complains. We arrived at Barnes Jewish at 11am this morning and returned home at 630pm. She was so tired she went to bed soon as she got home. Dr Crabtree got 13-15 mass specimens and we should have a diagnosis in a week. He also has her scheduled to see a medical Oncologist at Siteman Cancer Center December 31. His scheduler is working on an appointment with the radiation Oncologist the same day. We are finally moving in the right direction towards treatment and remission.

Thank you all for checking in to see how her procedure went today. Also for your prayers and positive thoughts. Lynda is correct moving the biopsy up one day will give her more rest before the Christmas Eve and Christmas day. I will be preparing the food for Christmas Eve at her home with her family. Christmas all she needs to do is come and be jolly. :santa

Doreen, I love your Christmas Tree and Missy and Snoopy. I hope your Son and Granddaughter had and have wonderful birthdays. Your Christmas Cactus is gorgeous.

Iona, I'm glad all is going well for the puppy and he will heal and be healthy soon. Thanks for the updates on Juliet and Harriet.

Bev, Carolyn, Naoma, Lynda, Iona, Doreen, Judi, Annie, and Scott thank you for your caring for my sister. She is aware and thanks you too.

Happy Birthday Ruud......

Doreen, we are all transplants here in Texas (my family) so this is the new home. My grandchildren find it hard to understand that my children did not grow up here but rather in NJ - way up North and a totally different life. My son and his family are staying at my daughter's house (huge) and there is lots of room to spread out, so it's pretty harmonious with 10 children, unreal. We had a blast at the Zoo today....
the carousel being a huge hit too.

There were two baby giraffes. I did not take pictures. At any rate, it's good to be home. FYI Fred looks a bit like Snoopy with white hairs in his ears.
