Good Morning to all who watch and love the Hanover eagles.. we are at day 73-72

We have two very eager eaglets who want to move on.. the one has been hoping back and forth for two days now and really getting the hang of it. I think it needs to move to another branch and let the other try that knob! Could happen later today.
Breezy and cool at the nest with a chance of showers today.

Happy Friday and day 74-73 for our eaglets at Hanover

the weather has been nasty this week, rain, cool and just darn damp! Feel like early spring again.. Sun due to come out later

Eaglets are developing right on schedule and the competition for food is getting tougher, several battles today and stealing from parents when they arrive. Lots of mantling and protecting their food. They are learning what needs to be learned to survive in the wild.

Good Monday Morning.. well for the eaglets that is.. day 76-75

Seems one of the eaglets has learned to branch... on the cam.. and it is now facing down with one on top...
My guess it was the second one as the first had taken claim to the stump of a branch for the last week.. oh well!!!

We can see the eaglets feet in upper left corner with food Smile

My suggestion to the Hanover Eagle cam operators and the Pennsylvania Game Commission.. New cam or cams... PTZ , up higher and a little further away from the nest Wink Great views from this cam and who knows maybe we will see them down below the nest at some point giggle
