sorry been away from the computer for the last couple of days, but the kids are growing and growing.. The nest has had some rain today and it was helping with the lens
I captured a shot of them this evening but it appears to be a little foggy on the lens.. humidity i am sure

Sooo hot and humid...

Happy Thursday and day 59 and 58 for the Hanover eaglets

The kids are growing so fast now.. Mom is still feeding but surely they are ready to grab and eat them selves!
The eaglets are about 3 foot tall now and about ready to start to branch soon. Their juvenile feathers are almost complete except for the flight feathers.
A male eaglet will be about 8+ lbs and females about 10+ lbs now. This is about 90% of their terminal juvenile weight.
