Beautiful morning..nest is empty

Good Morning Bev, Carolyn, Judy and all lovers of eagles Empty nest for me too so far. Storm moving in tomorrow will give them more snow, depends on where the rain/snow line falls as to how much.. we might get mostly rain depending on that line.. will have to watch and see!

then a stick and they worked a little


Then male or female hunkered down and worked on the bowl and maybe defrosting the snow

Hey there photofun! Wasn't that area of Pennsylvania a beautiful place to grow up? I was actually in York---miss it still!! Look at the first post on page 1--I used your beautiful s'cap of the eagle pair!!!

This afternoon I finally caught the eagles in the nest--about the same time as photofun

Here are both of them---not sure who is who yet! I will know when one of them lays an egg.

I know what you mean, it is hard to tell which one is which sometimes unless they are looking right at you!
I did love growing up in that area and still love to go back and visit. We used to take my son to this lake when he was little to swim in the summer, it is soooooo cold, mountain spring fed I guess.
