The Forum Has Moved!

Got a quick video this morning of Mom on the nest. At the 1 :29 mark you will see her hunker down and move her beak, follow her head and you can see Dad chasing an intruder ( I am guessing here of course) but she was very watchful. By the way, the sound is NOT from this cam It is from another one in Wisconsin, lol sorry about that! Learned something new with the video making

9:24 to 9:30 Eagle is up and preening



9:51 She flies off the nest.

10:11 Both are on the nest


10:27 She is eating. It looks like a small mammal.

They do seem to be spending a lot of time at the nest today.




Something clearly has their interest - both looked to be tracking something, then the one at the back took off.

Nice to see you here JudyB! I do believe that it was Dad who took off--Mom has been trying out the bowl and has those huge feathers on her right wing.

Mom was really tugging at the last of her meal---whatever it was



She needs a good feaking!



She was watching Dad--or at least another eagle flying around way far away in the background. Look at the huge feathers on her right wing!!

Dad brought a new stick while I wasn't looking and they worked together to place it in just the best spot.



This is just because---I like watching them interact --pretty couple!!
