Panda leases run about 10 years mac but that doesn't mean they won't negotiate an extension. They did for the US pandas - ZA and SDZ so far.

With luck, see Fu Hu

21. Dezember 2010 December 2010

The young panda at the zoo has apparently packed their curiosity. For a few days Fu Hu leaves again and again the birthing den, where he is reared from birth by mother Yang Yang. . Woken he lumbered around the room, which houses the birthing den. . This area behind the scenes at the Panda House is for visitors only poorly visible through a door. „. "The first mini-round before the birthing den Fu Hu Yang Yang has no shot. Now it has taken him but even from the birthing den or is it followed her own boss, "says zoologist Eveline Dungan.

How adventurous Fu Hu will be in the next few weeks, has not yet estimated. "We do not know whether it still herauskrabbelt regularly from the birthing den and can catch the visitors with the best of luck through the doorway a glimpse of him," said zoo director Dagmar Schratter. It also is unclear when the panda offspring trust in the indoor unit and the visitors as the final. "In principle, it naturally every day be far off. His brother Fu Long has made the first trip out of the birthing den at the same time. The last hurdle to the interior, however, until late January, he has taken," said Schratter further.

On Thursday, the "Lucky Tigers' four months old. At 71 centimeters Fu Hu is already six inches taller than Fu Long in the same age seven and a half kilograms, and includes a full two pounds more on the scale.
