What wonderful pictures Larry and Annemie! You caught 1 eaglet for sure Annemie and I am suspicious you may have caught one closer to Ma as well!

I am so happy to see you here and that you like the pictures.

When Ma was feeding it looked like she was feeding two eaglets, the one we see on the picture and one closer to her chest so you might be right.

Yes indeed 2 eaglets for the Hastings/PNE pair this year!

Direct sighting with the binoculars at 4.30 PM today of the 2 right beside Ma Hastings on the south side of the nest.

At 4.35 PM Pa Hastings showed up with dinner which made for a switch as Ma took flight off the nest. Both eaglets look pretty good and have certainly grown since the last spot of just one.

There was a strong and cold wind blowing, so I was not surprised to see Ma sitting on her eaglets.

So you were right Stim, we have at least 2 chicks, how nice is that.

Confirmation of 2 eaglets here is wonderful. Now for a successful fledge of both for this couple.

Yes Stim I really like them to fledge this time as well. Who knows, maybe we will find out that the Hastings eagles have 3 eaglets.
One never knows.
