There has been quite a bit of action, they have stayed all winter but now i am seeing a juvie hanging around with them. The 3am screamfest is alive and well.

Hi folks

Both eagles at the nest side.
One of them is partially covered by the tree stem.

On eagle sits on a branch.
The other is in the nest but you can't see it.

One eagle is sitting on the left side of the nest and the other is right
above it,same side, near the top of the tree. (Can you find Waldo?)

I found a big piece of moss with roots on the ground.
I think Mr. and Mrs. Hastings are working on the decor for the little ones.

Hastings eagles are both on the left side of the nest, right beside it.
They are sitting side by side.
It's getting dark

The Hastings eagles getting ready to sleep.
They are on the left side of the tree stem.
One sits right over the nest, the other a little more to the left

Mr. and Mrs Hastings used to sleep across the street by the old nest but now they seem to sleep by the new nest.
If anyone likes to see them, just before or at sundown is the best time.
Sleep well Mr. and Mrs. Hastings.

Today at 4:40 pm, Stan and I saw Mr. and Mr. Hastings sitting right beside their nest.
Mom was sitting touching the nest with one shoulder and touching Dad with the other shoulder, looking like
a perfect Valentine pair. lovelove
To bad it was raining or I could have made a picture.
After a little while Dad flew north, through the rain, towards the water.

By the way, the old nest across the street is not there anymore.

Byebye folks

Stan and me went to the nest, to make sure everything is ok.
According to the weather station sundown was at 5:43 pm and sure enough, Ma and Pa Hastings both flew in at 5:50 pm,
like clock work.
They both flew right into the nest and started nest work.
They looked fabulous. Sitting eagleSitting eagle
