Hi Everyone from Christine and her mom, Claire.

Nice to see everyone again and thank you to BET for reminding me about the forum.

I keep checking to see if the camera is up also. I was at ENMAX's Facebook page and someone asked about the camera yesterday. Enmax said to wait for announcements! It must be soon.

Yippee BET! It sure looks barren under the nest after the flood doesn't it?

Christine good to see you here (with your mom Claire).

The family is coming in one by one......Then we hope the ospreys will be here soon too!

WOOHOO!! Or should I say YAHOO!

Despite my excitement, I cannot see anything -- the camera is black. There is still a little bit of light in Calgary so I thought I would see something. Maybe the camera goes off at a certain time.

Very Happy So happy to see this cam live again and all of you returning to this thread. Keeping fingers crossed that the Osprey return soon.

Osprey were spotted in the Cranbrook area last weekend so it shouldn't be too long before the Calgary O's return, if they haven't already.
Just hope they don't rush home with the snowy weather. WHERE THE HECK IS SPRING ????? Cry

Humungous, heartfelt thank-you to ENMAX for pulling through on the repairs, and giving us this opportunity again, to view
through the lens.....even if it still looks like winter......exciting that you have seen O's in Cranbrook already Judy!

We are patiently waiting......

BRRrrrrrrrr

Morning all. Judy, thank you for the morning images! In the image I captured last night, I was trying to determine if the river was running low or if what appears to be a wide band of land that used to be river was ice. (Does that make sense?) I am trying to ask "Did the river change it's "bed" after the flood of last year and is there a new shore line or is that ice?"

I am having trouble with the cam stream - it is shutting down

Good Morning, All.

Enough with the snow already!!

BET, I am trying to remember what the river bank looked like when I went down after the flood and I think it was wider but not as wide as we are seeing on the camera. We could still be seeing ice. I guess we will have to wait for the snow to stop and then to melt....if it ever does. Sigh.

Yesterday, we could see a bird on another Osprey nest in Calgary. I was driving, my mom was looking and the nest was a ways away but we do know it was not a goose....could it be an Osprey....not sure but it was a bigger bird. I am going by the area again today. Why can't we have cars that drive for us so I could look at interesting stuff instead of the road!!!

It is lovely to have the camera up again. AND to not see any geese on it.
